Limited Warranty Coverage
Limited Lifetime Warranty for Product Housings
We offer a limited lifetime warranty for the stainless steel or ceramic main body (housing) of all Owalalife drinkware products. This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser, is non-transferable, and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for the lifetime of the product.
1-Year Limited Warranty for Components & Accessories
We offer a 1-year limited warranty from the date of original purchase for all non-housing components and accessories, including but not limited to lids, seals, gaskets, straws, handles, and carrying straps. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use, consistent with our product care guidelines.
What This Warranty Covers
This warranty applies only to defects in materials and manufacturing that exist at the time of purchase, and that manifest under normal, intended use of the product. Valid warranty claims include, but are not limited to:
- Premature or unexpected failure of the product housing, including cracking, splitting, or structural rusting of stainless steel components under regular, proper use
- Loss of insulating performance that deviates from our stated product specifications, when not caused by user error, misuse, or accidental damage
- Functional failure of lids, seals, or other components that renders the product unusable, stemming directly from manufacturing defects (not normal wear and tear)
- Structural defects that prevent the product from performing its core intended function, with no evidence of mishandling by the user
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover damage, defects, or performance issues caused by circumstances outside of manufacturing and material flaws, including:
- Normal wear and tear from regular use, including minor scuffs, scratches, dents, or surface discoloration that does not impact product functionality
- Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, dropping, heavy impact, freezing, or overheating of the product
- Damage caused by improper cleaning, including use of abrasive cleaners, steel wool, bleach, or other harsh chemicals, or failure to follow our official product care instructions
- Damage caused by modification, alteration, disassembly, or repair of the product by anyone other than an authorized Owalalife representative
- Damage caused by use with non-Owalalife original parts, accessories, or components
- Damage or defects resulting from commercial, industrial, or professional use of the product (our products are designed exclusively for personal household use)
- Loss or theft of the product, or incidental damage to personal property
- Fit or compatibility issues with third-party products not sold or endorsed by Owalalife
- Natural degradation of consumable components (including gaskets, seals, and straws) over extended regular use, outside of the 1-year warranty window
How to File a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team at press@owalalifemalls.com with the following required information:
- Your full name and the original order number associated with your purchase
- Clear, well-lit photos of the product defect or damage
- A brief description of the issue, including when you first noticed the defect and details of how the product has been used and cared for
- A copy of the original purchase receipt or order confirmation, if requested by our team
Our support team will review your claim within 1-2 business days of receipt. We may request additional information or photos to verify the defect and validate your claim, and will keep you updated on the status of your submission throughout the process.
Warranty Claim Resolution
For all valid, approved warranty claims, we will, at our sole discretion, provide one of the following resolutions, at no cost to you:
- A free replacement of the defective product, or an equivalent product of equal or greater value if the original product is no longer in stock
- A full refund of the original purchase price of the defective product
- A free replacement of the defective component or accessory
We cover all shipping costs associated with sending replacement products for valid warranty claims, consistent with our free shipping brand promise. We do not require you to return the defective product unless specifically requested by our customer support team.

This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Owalalife for our products.
