Lost or Damaged Packages

Undeliverable Orders


  • If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, or if the recipient fails to accept delivery, we will notify you via email.
  • You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred to resend the order. If you choose not to resend, we will issue a refund for the product price, minus any return shipping fees we incurred.
