Eligibility for Returns & Refunds


  • Return Window: You may request a return for any reason within 60 calendar days of receiving your order.
  • Return Condition: Items must be returned in unused, resalable condition with all original packaging, tags and accessories intact. Products that have been damaged, altered, engraved, or show signs of heavy use are not eligible for a full refund.
  • Free Returns: We offer complimentary return shipping for all eligible orders within our standard service areas. You will not be charged any return fees for valid returns.
  • Final Sale Items: Unless defective, all final sale items are not eligible for return or refund. This will be clearly marked on the product page at the time of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return


  1. Contact our customer support team at press@owalalifemalls.com to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return in your message.
  2. Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and send you a pre-paid return shipping label along with detailed return instructions.
  3. Carefully package the item(s) using the original packaging whenever possible to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Affix the provided pre-paid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at the designated shipping carrier location.
  5. We recommend retaining the tracking number for your records until your return has been processed.

Refund Processing


  • Inspection Period: Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will conduct a thorough inspection to confirm eligibility within 2-3 business days.
  • Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after inspection is complete.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Partial Refunds: In cases where returned items show minor signs of use or are missing original packaging, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund at our discretion.

Defective or Damaged Items


If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at press@owalalifemalls.com within 14 days of delivery. We will require clear photos of the defective/damaged product and the original packaging to process your claim. For valid claims, we will offer you the choice of:

  • A full refund to your original payment method
  • A free replacement item shipped to you at no additional cost
  • A store credit equal to the full purchase price of the item

We will cover all shipping costs associated with returning defective or damaged items and sending replacements.

Order Cancellations
